How can I sign up?
If you already have an account, sign into your account, go to “My subscription” and you can sign up under “My loyalty Program”.
If you don’t have an account yet, you must create one first and then you will have the option to join the loyalty program.
How do I redeem my rewards?
If you have a valid reward credit in your account, you will have the option to apply it during the checkout process.
The coupon code will be sent by email, if you signed up to receive loyalty program email communications.
When will my points be credited on my account ?
Your points will be credited to your account the day your order ships.

Do points expire?
Points expire 1 year after the date they are issued.
How do I redeem my birthday coupon ?
The birthday coupon is valid the whole month of your birthday, You must have a birth date complete in your account at least the day before the birth date. It will be communicated by email if you accept to receive it, and will be available during the checkout process.
