These Terms and conditions provide the terms of membership and operation of the loyalty program applicable between the Company SIMONE PÉRÈLE and any individual wishing to join the loyalty program and meeting the conditions of registration as defined herein. 
Registration and participation to the loyalty program are subject to acceptance and compliance with these General Conditions of Use, hereinafter "T & Cs". 


Articles 1 - Definitions

Terms beginning with a capital letter will have the following definition in these conditions, whether used in the singular or in the plural: 

  • "Member" means any person subscribing to the My Simone loyalty program.

  • "Site(s)": refers to the website (s) of the Simone Pérèle brand:
  • “Program” designates the loyalty program subject to these conditions.
  • "SIMONE PERELE Company" means the joint-stock company "SIMONE PÉRÈLE"

Article 2 - Members

The Program is open exclusively to natural persons of full age or emancipated minors acting as consumers. 
Anyone meeting these conditions can apply to register for the Program, whether or not they have made a purchase from the Company SIMONE PÉRÈLE.


Article 3 - Membership terms of the Program

Membership in the Program is free.

Membership of the Program can be done online on the Site.

To register online, the Member must first create a personal account by going to the Site. Then click on My account> Create an account.

Membership of the Program will be achieved if the information required to create the loyalty card is provided on the Site at the time of registration and if this information is correct.

The information required for membership in the Program is as follows: surname, first name and email address of the Member. The provision of this personal data is necessary for the registration and management of your membership in the Program. Any other information will be considered optional.

The Member undertakes to communicate to the Company SIMONE PÉRÈLE only their contact details and guarantees their accuracy. The member undertakes to immediately communicate to the Company SIMONE PÉRÈLE any modification of their contact details or personal data. 


Article 4 - Use of the loyalty card

The loyalty card is created in a dematerialized form. It is strictly personal and individual and may under no circumstances be transferred, sold to anyone or used for purposes other than the use of the Program.

Points can be accumulated on the Site throughout the year, including during sales and promotional offers.

However, the Member will not be able to use their loyalty points on discounted products during sales and promotional events or take advantage to combine other advantages acquired. As an exception, the discount voucher that is offered to the Member on their birthday, can be combined with sales and promotional offers such as early access, private sales, etc.

The loyalty card is active from its first use. 


Article 5 - Accumulation of points and status

     5.1 Operation of the Status:

The Loyalty Program has three statuses (hereinafter the “Status”).

The status is defined according to the points earned by the Member over a period of 12 months. 

  • SILVER Status is granted from 0 to 299 standard loyalty points (as defined in point “5.2 How points are accumulated”) accumulated over a period of twelve months.
  • GOLD Status is granted from 300 to 599 standard loyalty points (as defined in point “5.2 How points are accumulated”) accumulated over a period of twelve months.
  • BLACK Status is granted if at least 700 standard loyalty points are accumulated over a period of twelve months.

On each anniversary date of membership, the Member's Status is recalculated based on the standard loyalty points accumulated over the past 12 months.

If the number of standard loyalty points accumulated during the last 12 months is sufficient regarding their Status, then the Member retains their Status. Otherwise, the Status will change to a lower or higher Status. 

The Program Member can also change Status during the aforementioned 12-month period, if the total number of his standard loyalty points accumulated during the period gives him access to a higher Status. In this case, the change of Status will be made from the exceeding of the minimum number of standard loyalty points of the higher Status concerned. 

Example :

A Member in Silver status may upgrade to Gold Status during the period if they accumulate a total of 400 standard loyalty points (i.e., a purchase amount of $400) during the period.

When opening the loyalty card, the Member will automatically benefit from Silver Status, unless the loyalty card is created at the time of a purchase, where the amount the Member accumulates is enough standard loyalty points to directly benefit from a higher Status. 


     5.2 Accumulation of points:

The Program allows the Member to accumulate points over a period of twelve months.

The accumulation of points is carried out only if the Member is logged into their account at the time of purchase and that he/she is a member of the Program. The accumulation of points cannot be made after the purchase.

The points acquired by the Member during the purchase of product(s) are updated in their personal account when the customer is invoiced.

The Member can accumulate different types of loyalty points: 

  • Standard “loyalty” points are linked to purchases made on the site. 
    The Member will accumulate 1 loyalty point per dollar of purchase. 
  • “Bonus” points: these points are offered to the Member on the day of joining the Program, then for each purchase made on the Site, each year on the anniversary date of joining the Program, as well as in the event of a change to a higher status, and during a promotional event, etc.
  • “Bonus” points are not taken into account when calculating the status granted to the Member. Only the standard “loyalty” points accumulated during purchases on the Site define the status of the Member.
  • The validity period of the acquired points is twelve months from their acquisition by the Member. Beyond this period, the accumulated points will be automatically reset to zero. 

Example of accumulation and period of validity of Points:

If the Program Member makes a purchase on February 1 of year Y, for an amount of $290.00, then the Member has access to Silver Status (the statuses are detailed in point 5.1 above):

The Program Member therefore accumulates 290 points linked to this purchase.

In addition to these standard "loyalty" points, the Member benefits from bonus points linked to access to Silver status: 30 "bonus" points.

Finally, the Member benefits from 5 “bonus” points to thank him for his purchase on the Site.

Thus, the Member accumulates a total of 325 points (ie 190 “loyalty” points, 30 “bonus” points because he/she reaches Silver Status and 5 “bonus” points to thank him/her for his/her purchase). These points are valid for 12 months, i.e., until January 31 of year Y + 1.

If these points are not used on January 31 of year Y + 1 then the points balance is reset to zero as of February 1 of year Y + 1.

Points are accumulated on all products purchased on the Site throughout the year, including during sales and promotional offers.

During their period of validity, the accumulated points can be used by the Member to benefit from the advantages offered by the SIMONE PÉRÈLE Company under the conditions referred to in Article 4 "Use of the loyalty card".

The Member of the program can at any time consult his number of points online on his personal account on the Sites under the heading "My loyalty program" 


     5.3 Presentation of the advantages and their use:

The benefits granted to the Program Member vary according to their Status.

The benefits associated and granted with each Status vary and can be viewed on the Site under the My loyalty program section.

These advantages are subject to change, the SIMONE PÉRÈLE Company reserves the right to modify these advantages without notice.

These advantages cannot be compensated or modified, nor refundable (no possibility of refunding points in cash). 


     5.4 Use of loyalty advantages:

The Member can benefit from the Program only if they are logged into their account when making the purchase and is part of the Program. Otherwise, the benefits will not be usable and cannot be reassigned a posteriori.

The benefits are personal and can only be used by the Member holding the loyalty card.

The advantages are not cumulative. They are not exchangeable or refundable in any form whatsoever.

Loyalty offers cannot be combined with each other, including the anniversary offer. 


Article 6 - Subscription to the Loyalty Program newsletter

Any Member may subscribe to the newsletter on the Site to be informed of news, the Loyalty Program and its advantages and to receive it by email and/or SMS.    


Article 7 - Personal data

All information provided to the Simone Pérèle, such as personal data related to the loyalty program, are strictly confidential and are subject to computer processing intended for Simone Pérèle in order to manage membership in the loyalty program, process orders and all other customer relationship management operations. They will never be passed on to third parties. They are kept for the legal period in accordance with the provisions enforced. The member has a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of information, as well as a right of opposition and limitation of processing that can be exercised by contacting the Simone Pérèle Customer Service via the contact form or by sending an email to

The Member also has the option of using the unsubscribe link integrated in emails or in each SMS to unsubscribe from e-newsletters.


Article 8 - Duration

Membership of the Program is for an indefinite period.

Members can terminate their membership in the Program at any time by completing the contact form found in the "Contact" section on the Sites or send an email to

For the purposes of this article, the Member's email address is the last email address communicated by the latter to SIMONE PÉRÈLE within the framework of the Program.

The unsubscribing will be carried out immediately or, at the latest, within 15 working days following the Member's request. 

Termination of the Program will result in the definitive loss of the points accumulated without compensation for the Member.

The SIMONE PÉRÈLE Company reserves the right to automatically terminate the membership of a Member with immediate effect, in particular in the event of:

- failure of these conditions.

- abusive or fraudulent use of the Program, of the advantages offered by the Program.

- behavior detrimental to the brand image of the Company SIMONE PÉRÈLE and / or the brand "SIMONE PÉRÈLE ".

- falsification of information transmitted by the Member or by a third party acting on behalf of the Member.

- non-regularized payment incident within one month of the relaunch of the company SIMONEPÉRÈLE.

- abnormally high number of transactions on the same day of purchases and / or over several days.

- death of the Member.

This termination at the initiative of SIMONE PÉRÈLE will result in the firm and definitive loss of the accumulated Points and any benefits acquired, without any compensation being claimed by the Member. 


Article 9 - Termination of Program

The SIMONE PÉRÈLE Company reserves the right, at any time, to replace, modify or terminate the Loyalty Program.

In the event that the Loyalty Program is substantially modified, i.e. impacting the rules for calculating points and benefits, SIMONE PÉRÈLE will inform the Member of its development by the most appropriate means (on the Site, email, SMS, etc...) within a minimum period of one month preceding the modification.

In the event of termination of the Program, Members may use their acquired benefits within the limit of their validity date and within a maximum period of six (6) months from the end of the Program on the Site. 


Article 10 - Liability

SIMONE PÉRÈLE is making its best efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the Program. Nevertheless, it cannot be held responsible for all the direct or indirect consequences, any malfunctions or anomalies of the Program. 


Article 11 - Applicable law

In the event of a dispute between the Member of the loyalty program and the SIMONE PÉRÈLE Company in connection with the Program, in addition to recourse to the competent courts, the Member may resort to a conventional mediation procedure or to any other alternative dispute resolution method, as soon as such a dispute could not be settled within the framework of a prior complaint directly lodged with the Company SIMONE PÉRÈLE.
