Simone Perele Return Policy

To ensure the best customer experience, Simone Perele will only accept the return of product(s) purchased at www.SimonePerele.com for a refund within 30 days. Simone Perele will not accept returns of items purchased in stores. To ensure a full and prompt refund, please make sure to carefully review our terms and conditions below.

Returning a Product You Purchased on www.simone-perele.com/us

Please return your items along with the completed Return Form included in your original shipment. All items must be returned in new, unwashed, unworn, odor-free condition in its original packaging with tags attached (Click Here to print a new Return Form)

  • Step 1: Place any items you wish to return along with your completed return form with your package.
  • Step 2: Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the package (Email us at WeCare@SimonePerele.com if you require any assistance).
  • Step 3: Drop the package off at your nearest post office or schedule a free USPS pick up during normal regular mail delivery at https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm.

All items must be returned to the following address. Simone Perele retail partners will not accept any returns for purchases made on our eBoutique.

For a Refund

A refund will be issued to the purchaser's credit card within 30 days of the receipt of returned merchandise at the Simone Perele warehouse.

Return time frame includes:

  • Reception of your return at Simone Perele warehouse (5 to 10 business days)
  • Processing of your return (5 to 10 business days)
  • Processing of your refund by your bank (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges

We are currently not offering exchanges. If you need a new size, color, or style, we recommend you return your initial order and simply place a new order for your desired item(s.) If you need help finding the appropriate fit, please call us at 1.646.883.5009 or email us at wecare@simoneperele.com

To ensure a full refund, please make sure to read and respect our return terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not respect our return policy. We will not accept returns of items purchased in store.

Returning a Gift You Received

Simone Perele eBoutique will gladly accept the return of a gift you received. The amount of the gift will be fully credited to the credit card used for purchase. To ensure a full refund, please make sure to respect our return terms and conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Free pre-paid shipping labels are offered on all orders except Private Sale items which are FINAL SALE.
