This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how SIMONE PERELE, S.A.S., a public limited company with a capital of 1,000.000 €, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register n° B622 041 713 713 and n° Siret 622 041 713 00117, whose registered office is located at 8, rue Fournier, in Clichy la Garenne (92582), as well as its subsidiaries in France and the European Union and its affiliated partners operating the Simone Pérèle brand (hereinafter referred to together as "SIMONE PERELE" or "WE"), use your personal data.

It applies as soon as SIMONE PERELE processes personal data concerning you, in particular during a visit to one of our points of sale under the Simone Pérèle brand or during your browsing on one of our commercial sites, in particular the one accessible at the address "https://www.simone-perele.com". (hereinafter collectively the "Site").

This privacy policy aims to explain to you in a transparent manner how SIMONE PERELE collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties, as amended, and European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to together as "the Regulation").

1. What is personal data

Within the meaning of the regulations, personal data refers to any information that directly or indirectly, alone or through a cross-reference with other information, makes it possible to identify a natural person (hereinafter referred to as "Data").


2. Who is the controller?

All entities of the SIMONE PERELE group are likely to process Data concerning you.

We inform you that SIMONE PERELE operates in particular according to a network model of its own and in affiliation. In other words, certain points of sale under our Simone Pérèle brand are operated by independent retailers who have been authorised to operate our brand and brands (Simone Pérèle/Implicite) (hereinafter "Partner").

In order to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data, all entities, including our Partners, have undertaken to treat your data in a harmonised manner under the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy.

When your data are collected by means of a questionnaire/form, the controller is the one who will have been identified in the information mention on the questionnaire/form.

When your data is collected via the Site, the controller is the publisher of the Site.

When your Data is collected during your visit to the store, the controller is SIMONE PERELE RETAIL SAS, alone or, if necessary, jointly with one of our Partners.


3. How do we collect your personal data?

Your personal data is collected in the following two ways:

  • information relating to participation in competitions and/or any promotional operations (date, frequency, responses to competitions, prizes awarded);

  • IP addresses when browsing the Website


3.2. Indirect collection of your data

We also collect certain data automatically and indirectly when you browse the Site.

The information collected automatically includes

  • Information relating to your use of the Site such as pages viewed, time and duration of connection, IP address, connection method, such as type and version of your web browser, country, language, and service provider. This Data is only used to display a customized and relevant version of the Site. They are neither kept nor reused afterwards;

6. Shelf life

SIMONE PÉRÈLE is particularly committed to respecting your privacy and complying with regulations on the protection of personal data.

For this purpose, we only process your data for the strict duration necessary.

  • In the context of the management and execution of your orders, your data is kept for the entire period of our commercial relationship, in particular until the expiry of your legal guarantee. Beyond that, your data is archived and kept until the applicable limitation periods expire.
  • As part of managing your registration for our online services, we keep your data for the duration of your registration. Thus any unsubscribe request from you will result in the deletion of the data associated with your registration.

However, we inform you that any account that has been inactive for an uninterrupted period of two years will be considered inactive. At the end of this period, the data relating to your inactive Account will be deleted. We will notify you by any means before proceeding with such deletion in order to allow you to express your contrary intention

  • As part of the use of your data when you subscribe to our newsletters and newsletters, we keep your data until you unsubscribe. 10. The security of your personal data

We use a variety of data security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information.

  • Either an American company complying with the principles of the Privacy shield;
  • Or to a country that does not offer adequate protection but whose transfer has been governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which the CNIL has previously recognised as guaranteeing an adequate level of protection of the private life and fundamental rights of individuals.

Whenever a transfer of your data outside the European Union takes place, we undertake to inform you:

  • The quality of the recipient of your data;
  • The country in which the recipient is located;
  • Reasons why your data is transferred (for example, if you are hosting on remote servers);
  • Legal guarantees that govern this transfer

To date, MAGENTO is our software solution provider for the design of our Site, which is hosted by Amazon Web.

These two service providers, qualified as subcontractors within the meaning of the regulations, are located within the European Union.

However, the data to which they have access, namely all the data collected and/or hosted on the Site, may be transferred outside the European Union, and in particular to servers located in the United States.

The purpose of data transfer is the corrective or evolutive maintenance of the Site and/or its hosting.

The following guarantees have been taken to ensure a sufficient level of protection of personal data: adherence to Privacy Shield.
