1. WEAR A SUITABLE BRA
During a sporting effort, the breast can weigh up to 5 times its weight! This is an extremely violent shock to the breast, which is only made up of fine ligaments, not muscles. It is therefore essential to run with a technical sports bra, designed for impact sports.Thanks to Lucile's precious advice, Simone Pérèle has been able to create a unique sports set available in 2 shapes:
A bra without underwire(available from A to D)
and a brassiere with soft and discreet underwire(available from C to G)
2. BUILD MUSCLE FOR BETTER SUPPORT
There are no muscles in the breasts, so it is not possible to build up your breasts by strengthening them. On the other hand, the breasts are attached by two ligaments to the pectoralis major muscle. By working on your pectorals, you ensure a better support, and therefore a firmer and more toned chest. Classic push-ups are very effective (to be done on the knees if necessary), as well as the lying-down ones.
3. DO NOT RESTRICT YOURSELF IN THE PLATE
Drastic diets deplete superficial fat in a few weeks and empty the breasts very quickly... without them filling up again afterwards! This is why it is important to maintain a stable weight. If you have weight to lose, you should lose it very gradually by combining a balanced, satisfying diet + regular gentle sport.
