    Lucile gives us a few tips on how not to go around in circles and how to take advantage of this period to feel better about yourself.
    Follow the few simple but effective tips to stay active without doing 3 hours of sport every day!

    1. REVIEWING PRIORITIES

    If containment has made you realize that sport is important to your balance, then you will have to make room for this new activity in your daily life. You can tell your spouse and children that your yoga or running session is essential to your well-being. The idea is to inform those around you so that everyone can find their new organization.

    2. MAINTAIN A SCHEDULE

    Keeping a schedule is essential to avoid getting caught up in the rush of daily life and cancelling your sports session at the last minute. You plan your sport in advance and write it down in your paper or digital diary. If it's digital, you share it with your spouse, so there are no unpleasant surprises!

    3. FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE

    Taking care of your body has been a revelation during this lockdown? Did you enjoy cooking balanced meals? Or meditating every day? Focus on these different positive aspects, write them down if you need to. The more you become fully aware of this positive, the easier it will be for you to maintain these good habits.
